    Soigne K is a new retail concept that features 15 to 20 noteworthy Indian designers every season. The Soigne K boutique represents the perfect mix of approachable Indian pieces which appeal to the Westen market as well as traditional Indian formal wear. Customers will find a unique mix of beautifully handcrafted merchandise ranging from dresses, tops, shawls, scarves, and fashion jewelry pieces.

  • Merchandise Assortment

    RBA worked closely with the Soigne K team from the earliest stages of the buying process to ensure commercial viability of the collections from a U.S. retail standpoint. RBA helped identify an appropriate balance of products in the overall assortment and researched price points in the competitive landscape.

  • Architectural Build Out

    RBA managed and oversaw the overall store development process. RBA helped identify architects, designers and interior consultants for the project. RBA helped direct the design process and translate the retail concept with the structural developers and architects.

  • Organizational Structure

    RBA created an organization chart clearly defining roles and responsibilities of key positions for the Soigne K team. RBA advised the sourcing and hiring of all potential candidates and helped train and integrate all new members of the team.

  • Visual Merchandising

    RBA oversaw the concept and layout of the visual merchandise strategy. The RBA team worked in conjunction with the visual merchandiser to execute the concept in a way that conveyed the overall brand message of the store.
