As we were talking, you know Uniqlo, we were just kind of going on about how successful Uniqlo is. I think [what Uniqlo is doing is] the modern way of appealing to young customers, affordable, it's stylish, they are doing great collaborations… and that would be in a real traffic driver to a young consumer. In Beverly Center, there's a Uniqlo. It was the first in LA and [Taubman] fought very hard to make sure it was the first in LA. The developer, Taubman knew it would drive the traffic. You know, when we talk about what they do, what people do… I think it'll be lead by the brands, how they can attract the millennial and it's it's vitally important now more than ever.
