Objective

  • Nordstrom engaged RBA in the early planning stages of its first ever full-line store in Manhattan in order to create a concept that will differentiate it within the New York retail landscape, focusing on zoning, brand mix, distribution and adjacencies.

RBA'S Scope of Work

  • RBA met with the leaders of key brands within Nordstrom’s brand matrix in order to obtain feedback and impressions of the Nordstrom New York concept.
  • RBA conducted numerous workshops with Nordstrom key leaders in order to synthesize the feedback and develop novel approaches towards each store zone.
